It is taking on the challenge of reducing power consumption
The thermal shock testing equipment controls the temperature of both the high-temperature and low-temperature chambers, consuming a significant amount of power. The thermal shock testing equipment from COSMOPIA HIGHTECH contributes to energy savings by controlling the refrigeration unit with an inverter, thereby reducing power consumption. We also provide an air-cooled remote condenser type that can operate without ductwork or water-cooling facilities at the installation site.
Select Your Ideal Thermal Shock Testing Equipment from Our Wide Range.
Test evaluations require various sizes depending on the product.COSMOPIA HIGHTECH offers large-capacity thermal shock testing equipment with a test area size exceeding 1000 liters. You can choose the thermal shock tester that best meets your testing needs, such as high temperature 250°C type, IEC test standard type, MIL test standard type, etc.

*Can be operated in an ambient temperature from 0 to 40℃ and with a power supply voltage within ±10% rated voltage.
Note that this is with the ambient temperature measured near the upper rear surface of the system (near the air-cooling condenser air suction inlet).
*Performance is based on the following conditions.
Temperature rise/drop time : Ambient temperature 20℃
Temperature return time : Ambient temperature 10 to 30℃
Operable range : Ambient temperature 0 to 40 ℃
*A high-temperature testing temperature of 80℃ or lower is possible only at an ambient temperature of 20℃ or lower.
*The temperature return time is the point in time where the temperature reaches ±2℃ of the set high temperature or low temperature.

The energy-saving mode controls the compressor by inverter control when testing samples with low heat capacity, thereby regulating the cooling capacity appropriately.
In addition, the output of the heater used to maintain temperature is controlled, resulting in lower power consumption during operation.
Capable of 100-Cycle Continuous Operation
The system is capable of operating continuously for 100 cycles without defrosting during two-zone (low-temperature ⇔ high-temperature) testing.
It reduces the frequency of defrosting and improves the efficiency of reliability testing.

Test Time Setting in Seconds
Testing times for high, room, and low temperatures can be set in seconds.
This allows for a finer range of testing conditions.
Data Log Function
If the system stops with an alarm due to an error being detected, this function saves the operational status of the system immediately prior to stopping, to a USB storage device.
This data can be helpful for diagnosis and analysis.
Individual Setting of Room Temperature Test Time
The room temperature testing time after high-temperature testing can be set separately from the room temperature testing time after
low-temperature testing. This allows for the use of testing conditions where the room temperature testing time differs after high-temperature testing and low-temperature testing.

*Performance is based on the following conditions:
・Temperature rise/drop time: Ambient temperature 20℃, cooling water inlet temperature 25℃
・Temperature return time: Ambient temperature 10 to 30 ℃, cooling water inlet temperature 15 to 30 ℃
・Operable range: Ambient temperature 0 to 40 ℃, cooling water inlet temperature 5 to 38 ℃
*A high-temperature testing temperature of 80℃ or lower is possible only at an ambient temperature of 20℃ or lower.
*The temperature return time is the point in time where the temperature reaches ±2℃ of the set high temperature or low temperature.

*Can be operated in an ambient temperature from 0 to 40℃, a cooling water inlet temperature from 5 to 38℃, and a power supply voltage within ±10% rated voltage.
*Performance values are given under these conditions: (1) ambient temperature from 10℃ to 30℃, ambient humidity from 30 to 60%, and cooling water inlet temperature from 15 to 30℃, and (2) power supply voltage within ±5% rated voltage. However, conditions will vary for the following:
1: A high-temperature testing temperature of 80℃ or lower is possible only at an ambient temperature of 20℃ or lower.
2: The temperature rise time and drop time are at an ambient temperature of 20℃ and a cooling water inlet temperature of 25℃.
3: The temperature return time is the point in time where the temperature reaches ±2℃ of the set high temperature or low temperature.
